The victim, traumatized, is unable to recall his full name and claims he threatened her to ensure silence about his actions, which included forcing her to watch pornographic content. The lawsuit utilizes the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law, allowing past victims to file claims, as the city Law Department prepares to review the case.
The educator was instead forcing the student to "watch pornographic videos and endure intense sexual harassment, and sexual assaults," the accuser claimed in court papers.
She remembered her abuser only as Mr. Blunt - based on his giving her weed or "blunts."
Due to the trauma, the student does not remember the teacher's real name, the lawsuit claimed.
