Michiko Sasaki was fined $50 after her son urgently needed to use the bathroom at a park with closed facilities. She shielded her child during the incident.
The park officers aggressively approached Sasaki, stating it was illegal to use the restroom outside. Sasaki was left bewildered and handed a $50 summons.
