A man with a long criminal history left two young people dead and a 96-year-old man wounded in a 24-hour period of violence in public housing projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan before turning himself in early Tuesday, the police said.The shootings began at about 9:30 a.m.Monday in the Kingsborough Houses in Crown Heights, when police said the suspect, who was later identified as Sundance Oliver, 28, tried to rob a woman and shot the 96-year-old bystander in the process.
