New Yorkers are not satisfied with the quality of life in the city ('It's a blunderful life, New York,' March 20). This is an understatement, to say the least. There is constant noise, trash littering the streets, shootings on the subway - the list goes on.
Walking the streets and riding mass transit have become deadly games of roll the dice, because no-one knows if he or she will become a victim.
