Math Museum Announces Move to New Location
Briefly

The National Museum of Mathematics will relocate to a larger 34,363-square-foot space in Chelsea, enhancing hands-on exhibition opportunities and educational facilities for children.
Cindy Lawrence stated, 'The move is an objective measure of the success we've had over the years, and the success we've had because of people's interest in informal math education.'
The new museum location will feature six classrooms, a toddler space, and upcoming exhibits including 'Allot Like an Egyptian,' focusing on teaching children about Egyptian fractions.
Current exhibitions like the interactive Tessellation Station will port over to the new site, with enhancements including einstein tiles, a recently discovered shape for nonrepeating patterns.
