Anas Saleh surrendered to police after wanted posters seeking his arrest. Charged with attempted coercion for chanting anti-Zionist slogans on a crowded subway train in Manhattan.
Protester's actions led to the train being stopped as police cleared the platform. He was also part of a larger protest outside the Nova Exhibition related to an attack by Hamas.
Investigations by the Manhattan DA's office and NYPD are ongoing. Video footage from the protests shows individuals waving flags of Hamas and Hezbollah, as well as holding anti-Zionist signs.
