Authorities have charged Shane Curry, 20, with first-degree murder for allegedly killing his girlfriend Nevaeh Goddard, 17, during a physical altercation in Stow.
Curry, initially charged with assault, blocked police access for over two hours before they discovered Goddard's body with obvious signs of injury in their home.
Following the April 5 wellness check, prosecutors stated that it is alleged Curry stabbed Nevaeh during an incident of domestic violence.
