A 30-year-old motorist was killed when his Subaru collided with a Honda driven by Miguel Nolasco, 42, who was found to be intoxicated at the time.
The collision caused the Subaru to burst into flames, trapping the driver inside, who was sadly pronounced dead at the scene by authorities.
Miguel Nolasco, charged with second-degree vehicular manslaughter and other offenses, was arrested after being hospitalized for injuries sustained in the crash.
Nolasco remains hospitalized but will face charges once his medical condition allows for his arraignment, according to police.
