The judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by alleged squatters against homeowners of a $930,000 Queens home. Attorney Rizpah Morrow confirmed outside Queens Civil Court that the claim could not be refiled.
One of the homeowners, Juliya Fulman, highlighted the ongoing systemic issue of squatters and criminals creating problems for property owners. Despite winning the case, she expressed a desire for justice and reimbursement for legal fees.
