Gutierrez-Reed's defense argued that the state had suppressed critical evidence, including a firearms report and a witness interview that could have influenced the trial's outcome.
Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer ruled that there was no evidence suppression that would have changed the result of Gutierrez-Reed's original trial, denying her appeal.
The conviction followed the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins by a live round fired from a gun held by Alec Baldwin during a rehearsal on set.
Gutierrez-Reed was found guilty for her role in the incident and is currently serving an 18-month sentence after being convicted in March.
