Chief Tusino shared a remarkable detail how he and another officer, both trained EMTs, were able to revive the woman, stating, "She was gone. They brought her back," emphasizing the lifesaving efforts made.
While acknowledging the tragic loss of the husband, officials confirmed that all children were at school during the incident and are with family members, ensuring their immediate safety.
