The 72-year-old 'Pulp Fiction' producer was serving 23 years in upstate Mohawk Correctional Facility when he learned Thursday that the New York State Court of Appeals overturned his 2020 rape conviction.
In overturning his conviction, the appeals court ruled that the judge in Weinstein's trial prejudiced the jury by allowing women to testify about allegations that were not part of the case.
