""He came from the back without me seeing anything," Paskes told The Post by phone Tuesday. "The hit was so hard, I didn't know what I was feeling. "From the back, he slapped my right ear," she added. "My phone went dead from the force of the slap. That's how hard he hit....My ear became numb and red.""

A 22-year-old man allegedly attacked three women in Williamsburg late Monday, slapping and scratching victims within minutes. The first incident occurred around 9:25 p.m. on Heyward Street near Lee Avenue when a 19-year-old woman was slapped on the buttocks. About five minutes later near Bedford Avenue and Hewes Street, the suspect reportedly slapped one woman on the side of her face and scratched another in front of a yeshiva. One victim said the slap knocked her phone dead and left her ear numb and red. The suspect fled but was arrested about a half-mile away around 10:15 p.m., charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment, and had no prior arrests. Video shows NYPD and the Williamsburg Shomrim Safety Patrol at the scene, and the incidents follow a separate alleged spitting spree in the same neighborhood less than two weeks earlier.
