Osvel Diaz, a career criminal with 25 prior arrests, was charged with attempted murder following the brutal attack on a deli worker in Queens. The victim was left with internal bleeding after the beatdown at Sunnyside Mini Market Deli, resulting in critical condition.
The assailant, who shaved off his distinctive green hair, was caught on camera brutally beating the deli worker. The attacker, with skull and 'KILLER' tattoos, has a history of previous arrests, mainly for robbery.
Surveillance footage captured the violent assault, showing the attacker ruthlessly striking and kicking the defenseless worker, ultimately leaving him unconscious and critically injured. The victim was found unrecognizable by a fellow employee who visited him in the hospital.
