Four-suspect robbery spree spans from Queens to Brooklyn six times
"They come as a group every time. We don't know if they will attack us or bring a weapon, so I'm scared,"
"because [he] didn't want to get shot."
"Stricter gun control laws - everybody's talking about it, nothing happens."
A group of suspects committed six armed robberies across Brooklyn and Queens, targeting stores and liquor shops. Surveillance captured robberies at 1695 Broadway, a Bed-Stuy store, 504 Nostrand Ave., and 98-05 Jamaica Avenue. Stolen items included $500, $600, six iPhones and a Nintendo Switch; one cashier had $200 taken at gunpoint. Neighbors and business owners reported fear and repeated casing of nearby shops. Cashiers complied to avoid being shot. Investigators are actively probing the incidents and urge anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-888-577-TIPS (8477).
