Rosalind Hernandez, a former Manhattan building superintendent, has been charged with stealing over $350,000 from a 100-year-old tenant, taking advantage of her trusted position.
Hernandez allegedly wrote large checks from the tenant's account to unfamiliar individuals and made unauthorized purchases, including clothing and a subscription to a training program.
