The family of Aoife Johnston, who passed away at University Hospital Limerick, is calling for the publication of a crucial report related to her death.
Damien Tansey, the family solicitor, stated there were "significant limitations and restrictions" on the investigation by retired Judge Frank Clarke into the circumstances of Aoife's death.
While some senior staff at UHL face disciplinary proceedings, the family demands a full, unredacted publication of the report to shed light on the case.
The HSE expressed its commitment to publishing the report this month, while emphasizing that the release will consider obligations to all involved parties.
