Authorities responded to reports of a possible gas explosion and partial collapse at a Bronx high-rise. Emergency crews arrived on Alexander Avenue in Mott Haven mid-morning Thursday. Video posted to the Citizen app shows the outside of an apartment building heavily damaged, and a large chunk of the exterior appears completely gone, leaving a visibly missing portion of the façade. The heavily damaged exterior and the missing chunk were captured on video. There was no immediate word on possible injuries as emergency personnel remained on scene.
