Dimwitted TikTokker tore down Greek flags at NJ restaurant thinking they were Israeli: 'My bad'

The incident involved a TikTok user who mistook Greek flags for Israeli ones, resulting in her tearing them down outside a New Jersey restaurant, unaware of her mistake.

Restaurant owner Efi Mihalis confirmed the attack on the flags had occurred in March and emphasized that it wasn’t a skit, but a genuine incident.

‘This was not planned nor was it calculated in any way,’ Mihalis said, expressing that everyone involved was taken aback by the unexpected act of vandalism.

The TikTok video of the event went viral, reaching over 3.2 million views. Many social media users reacted, some questioning the authenticity of the woman's actions.
