In a ruling on Wednesday, Mr Justice Clive Sheldon dismissed Ms Hippolyte's case, stating she had not suffered a 'historic injustice' linked to the Windrush compensation.
The Secretary of State would have been highly likely to decide that the claimant, despite being a child of a Windrush member, did not face a historic injustice.
Ms Hippolyte's barrister contended that her father's ILR was not granted until 2003 and that she left due to the Home Office's failure to provide documentation.
While Ms Hippolyte argued her case mirrored her family's situation, the Home Office maintained that her claim was lawfully refused and not equivalent to Windrush claims.
