"We wish him a speedy and full recovery," the nonprofit said, emphasizing the collective effort and concern for the man's well-being after the rescue operation.
"Seven good Samaritans from three separate groups had dropped everything they were doing to help this solo mountaineer," rescuers noted, highlighting the spontaneous community response.
"The good Samaritans, three of whom by chance were mountain guides, gave him their sleeping bags and used their skills as Wilderness First Responders," showcasing their preparedness and kindness.
"The helicopter crew left the area after rescuers decided it was too risky to hoist the man off the mountain with the wind's unpredictability," illustrating the challenges faced during the rescue.
