Ruben Silver's body was found around 7:30 p.m. in the driver's seat of the parked vehicle - which had burned on Marginal Street near Highland Boulevard in East New York, bordering The Evergreens Cemetery, cops said.
The NYPD could not confirm Tuesday morning whether criminality was suspected in Silver's death.
