A 24-year-old straphanger was slashed by a maniac in an unprovoked attack inside a Manhattan subway station early Monday morning, cops and sources said.
The victim was buying a MetroCard when an unidentified man crept up behind him and slashed the right side of his face with a cutting instrument, authorities said.
