A man in his 30s was shot in the chest and arm... he died of his injuries, police said.
About seven minutes later, two men were shot outside the migrant shelter... a 47-year-old man was shot in the head and was later pronounced dead at the hospital... the other victim... was in critical condition after being shot multiple times.
