The 15-year-old boy was nabbed by the NYPD's Warrant Squad at NYCHA's Vladeck Houses on the Lower East Side for the daring Jan. 25 heist onboard an R train.
The subway reached speeds of roughly 30 mph, and at least part of their journey occurred on active train lines, according to sources.
Two other teens were busted days earlier, and three other suspects were still in the wind as of Thursday.
He was last arrested for assault in March for allegedly throwing a wooden paddle at a straphanger while hanging off the back of a 5 train.
