During the last three seconds of Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday night, Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs accomplished something that only seven other teams have done before them: win back-to-back titles.
"Mahomes has now put himself at a point, where at just 28 years old, it is essentially him, Joe Montana, and Tom Brady all separate from everybody else. In terms of what they've done as Super Bowl Champions, postseason winners, and multiple-time MVPs," Golic Jr. said.
"All the conversations we had last week about legacy and GOAT conversations and him chasing Brady, all continue to be on the table and accessible in a way no one thought was possible when he took over originally," Golic Jr. said.
