Former Patriots coach joins Pete Carroll's Raiders staff
Briefly

Bob Bicknell, who previously coached the New England Patriots' tight end group, has been named a senior offensive assistant with the Las Vegas Raiders. His coaching success in New England included guiding tight ends Hunter Henry and Austin Hooper to notable receptions and yardage in the 2024 season. Despite this success, Bicknell was not retained for the Patriots' 2025 season following a coaching shake-up. The Patriots will now transition to Thomas Brown as their new tight ends coach.
"He's been fantastic. He's been a fantastic add," Henry said about Bicknell during the regular season. "He brings a lot of good energy."
Bicknell's expertise has helped veterans like Hunter Henry and Austin Hooper excel, finishing the season with notable receptions and yardage.
