Patrick Pass, a former NFL player and Super Bowl champion, was arrested for allegedly assaulting an 82-year-old man at a Planet Fitness in Rhode Island.
Police reported that Pass and the elderly man had a dispute over exercise equipment, leading to the older man's back injury after Pass allegedly pushed him.
Pass's history includes a controversial tenure as a coach, having been suspended indefinitely from the Indoor Football League in July 2023 for an incident during a game.
Formerly a fullback for the Patriots who contributed to three Super Bowl victories, Pass's career ended after limited success with the Giants.
