Source: Pack's Jenkins suffers lower-leg fracture
"Packers center Elgton Jenkins suffered a fracture in his lower leg during Monday night's 10-7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, a source told ESPN. X-rays revealed the fracture. Jenkins, who moved to center this offseason after an All-Pro year at left guard, hobbled off the field and eventually was carted to the locker room just before halftime after he appeared to be rolled up on in the second quarter."
"The team then ruled him out with what it said was an ankle injury. Asked about it after the game, Green Bay coach Matt LaFleur said the injury "doesn't sound promising." The Packers have battled injuries on the offensive line all season with left guard Aaron Banks and right tackle Zach Tom missing time. They've also been rotating Jordan Morgan and Sean Rhyan at right guard at times."
"But they were finally at full strength heading into Monday's game until Jenkins exited hurt. Rhyan replaced him at center."
