The Kansas City Chiefs have designated running back Isiah Pacheco and defensive end Charles Omenihu to return to practice, potentially playing as soon as Sunday against the Bills.
Pacheco, the Chiefs' leading rusher with 935 yards last season, has been on injured reserve since suffering a broken fibula early this season.
Defensive end Omenihu, who tore his ACL last season, provides the Kansas City defense with additional pass-rush capabilities, complementing players like Chris Jones and George Karlaftis.
Kareem Hunt, who has filled in for Pacheco during his absence, currently leads the Chiefs in rushing with 449 yards and five touchdowns.
