I'm usually a lead by example kind of guy, but I think I can pick my spots to say some more things. I'll find those spots this week.
We got a lot of young guys that we're counting on that haven't really been here before; having them hear my voice more might be beneficial.
After our most recent loss, the postseason was the furthest thing from my mind. The most important thing is getting that first win this weekend.
Historically, I haven't been shy about speaking up regarding technical aspects, but big-picture talks haven't been my forte and won't be heavily focused on.
