"Lined up under center, Lawrence took the ball and turned around as if he were about to hand it off to the running back. Before he could even get all the way around, however, he tripped over the foot of one of the offensive linemen. This caused Lawrence to fall to the ground, leaving the running back visibly confused before he tried protecting his QB from oncoming defenders."
"In his rush to get back up, Lawrence again lost his footing and fell back down. When he finally got back on his feet, Lawrence noticed the left side of the field was relatively free of defenders, so he quickly made a break for the end zone, shaking off a trailing defensive lineman in the process. Then, he dove for the goal line to complete the score."
"I also remind you that a kickoff out of bounds put the ball at the 40 to start this drive, Buck told his partner Troy Aikman. They got the call in the end zone on the pass interference on Chamarri Conner; and then Trevor Lawrence is able to take it in after falling down, getting stepped on, in one of the more exciting 1-yard touchdown runs you'll ever see."
Trevor Lawrence scored a game-winning 1-yard touchdown with 30 seconds remaining to give the Jaguars the victory over the Chiefs. A defensive pass interference penalty positioned the ball on the Chiefs' 1-yard line after a kickoff went out of bounds, starting the drive at the 40. Lined up under center, Lawrence turned as if to hand off, then tripped over an offensive lineman's foot and fell, briefly leaving the running back confused. Lawrence slipped again while rising, then spotted the left side relatively open, broke for the end zone, shrugged off a trailing lineman, and dove over the goal line to complete the score.
