This challenging labor instilled in them a work ethic and ultimately motivated them to pursue football as a more promising career path. The Glenn brothers learned valuable skills and faced many dangers, which they believe contributed to their future successes both on and off the field in the NFL.
"That was our summer," recalled Jason Glenn, 45, who like Aaron, 52, went on to play for the New York Jets, with their time overlapping in 2001."
