Penix has not yet matched expectations as the No. 8 overall pick, compiling a 4-8 record in 12 starts and a 58.0 QBR in 2025. Coaching changes to Kevin Stefanski and Tommy Rees could better utilize Penix's arm strength and affect postseason chances if he participates in OTAs and camp.
