Carter was disqualified after apparently spitting on Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott during an injury delay at Lincoln Financial Field. It happened after FB Ben VanSumeren went down with an injury during the kickoff return. While play was stopped, Carter was seen approaching the Cowboys' huddle."
