The San Francisco 49ers listed left tackle Trent Williams and running back Christian McCaffrey as non-participants in Tuesday practice ahead of Saturday's game against the Seattle Seahawks. Williams appeared on the participation report with an injured right hamstring suffered on the first play of last Sunday's win over the Chicago Bears. McCaffrey was added with back stiffness that he has been battling since the Dec. 14 game against the Tennessee Titans. Coach Kyle Shanahan said there is no firm timeline for Williams' recovery but left open the possibility he could play on a short week. McCaffrey described the back issue as not serious.
