The Top Workplaces award, now in its fifth year, is a recognition based on employee feedback and scientific survey methodologies. Energage, in partnership with Schneps Media, evaluates organizations based on a 25-question survey that assesses factors like pay, leadership, and appreciation. Only organizations with strong positive feedback qualify for recognition, as workplaces lacking strong feedback are excluded. This year, 48 out of 70 organizations surveyed achieved recognition, underlining the significance of employee-centric workplaces in New York City.
