Keolis North America has announced key appointments to its executive leadership team, including Fadi Chakbazof as the new president and chief operating officer for U.S. transit, and Ryan Adams appointed to the chief performance officer role. Chakbazof's extensive experience in strategic growth and customer service is expected to enhance the company's trajectory, while Adams' successful track record in business development resulted in a significant increase in the U.S. transit portfolio's revenue. Sandi Hill will also take on a new role leading business development, further positioning Keolis for strategic expansion.
Chakbazof's leadership will further strengthen the company's growth trajectory. He brings 25 years of industry experience, having held executive roles at MV Transportation, First Transit and First Student.
Adams' leadership of the business development function saw Keolis grow the size of the U.S. transit portfolio from $128.5M to $560M, a 336% increase—all organic.
