I actually grew up in this building. I had been looking at many studios in the neighborhood I grew up in, and many were cute but I was able to get this studio for $1,500 a month since I grew up here and knew the owner.
You can't beat that price for San Francisco and the neighborhood I'm in. So it was a no-brainer, and it was the easiest move ever since my stuff were just down the hallway.
What first got my attention about this apartment was the huge walk-in closet. A lot of studios in San Francisco are tiny, and storage space can be the main struggle.
I love Parisian design, and that just set the mood for my design.
