Soup Chi Restaurant / HOM design and construction company
Briefly

The project, situated at the start of Sattar Khan Street, faced significant structural challenges due to an outdated design that influenced both the facade and interior layout.
Major structural issues included a central metal column disrupting the store's design and causing adverse effects on both the facade and interior layout.
Given the building’s decades-old regulations allowing for certain structural designs, the development team recognized the need to transform existing weaknesses into strengths.
The design strategy focused on creatively addressing and leveraging the drawbacks of the existing structure to enhance the commercial space's aesthetic and functional qualities.
