Finding this place was crazy! We needed to move from our previous apartment, and it took months of daily searching, but nothing appealed to us until we came across this apartment online. We fell in love with it because it was right in front of the most beautiful park in our city (Flora Park). When we came to see it in person, we met the owners: Fernando and his mom Alix. The energy we felt from them was so lovely that within three days, we were already signing documents and arranging the move.
It's a very comfortable apartment, filled with light, and that's why we love living here. We can go to the park every day for walks, and we hear birds all day long. We've even had the chance to see a sloth and many squirrels from our apartment!
We've tried to imbue the essence of our partnership into this place. It was important to me, as a textile illustrator and creative director of a fun clothing brand (Eloisa Studio), that my work was present throughout the house. That's why it's adorned with prints and textiles everywhere you look!
