Hoboken Urby is a new 345-unit, pet-friendly residential development set to open in summer 2027, emphasizing walkable urban living. The 16-story building will feature over 17,000 square feet of retail space and extensive amenities, including outdoor spaces with bamboo, a cold plunge pool, sun beds, grill stations, and a fire pit pavilion. It is strategically located near Hoboken Terminal, providing access to public transportation to Manhattan. The fourth-floor courtyard will be designed by acclaimed landscape architect Bas Smets, while L.A. Shawn Hausman Design will create the interiors of various apartment sizes, highlighting oversized windows and select private terraces.
