Moongate ADU / Cover Architecture
Briefly

The ADU features a sculptural façade designed for Mike Wang's mother, embodying an architectural dialogue between its contemporary style and the traditional ranch-style house it accompanies.
The ADU’s curved roof eaves and partition walls not only enhance aesthetics but also emphasize functionality, inviting natural light and providing privacy, designed for comfortable retirement living.
Situated at the front of the lot, the ADU deliberately contrasts with the existing 1961 ranch-style home, creating a unique dialogue between different architectural eras.
The design integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, fostering intergenerational connections among family members while providing a personal retreat with distinct architectural traits.
