The Utah ranch includes equestrian facilities, a speakeasy, and backcountry camp accommodations, as well as four miles of live water on the property from the East Fork River.
Other notable listings include a newly built contemporary home in Wyoming and a renovated Colorado mansion that was previously part of a $279 million compound.
