Iconic Wicklow hotel, in need of 'repair throughout', is on the market for just shy of 1million

After years of disrepair and speculation, Lawless's Hotel is back on the market, highlighting the community's efforts for clarity regarding its future use and restoration.

With parts of the iconic building dating back to 1787, the hotel, once known as one of Wicklow's best, has suffered vandalism since closing before the pandemic.

Local representatives sought answers regarding the hotel's future plans and addressed community concerns regarding the notion of transforming it into accommodation for Ukrainian refugees.

The new owners announced plans for 'The Lawless Heron' food court and expressed intentions to restore the hotel's services amid community gatherings voicing concerns.
