Despite some repairs, Facey expressed despair, stating, "The repairs in the kitchen look like they're in progress, but they say they're finished. I'm telling you - this thing is getting to me." She articulated the emotional toll of the situation, revealing that she's dealt with significant mold issues and damaged possessions due to ineffective repairs.
