The 'tower' serves the home's functionality while the 'summer house' provides expansive space, allowing unique coexistence of utility and relaxation in an innovative design.
Utilizing a limited budget, we designed the 'tower' as an 80-square-foot functional space embedded with furniture, maximizing efficiency by integrating movement through vertical surfaces.
The 'summer house', at 570 square feet, occupies 70% of the area, functioning as an open, flexible space promoting relaxation while maintaining connection to nature.
Our design strategy emphasized extreme cost performance, shrinking the size of small areas and enlarging broader sections without sacrificing comfort or utility.
