Tell the City Council to drop its plan to bury NYPD cops in useless paperwork
Briefly

Cops are already leaving faster than the city can replace them; this bill would further tank NYPD morale and accelerate the exodus - and starkly reduce the effectiveness of the remaining force.
Officers would have to document each of 7 million contacts with the public each year - with data on the civilian's race, age and gender, among much else. That way Williams can issue more reports complaining that, say, cops talk to "too many" blacks and Latinos, or "two few." More micro-managing laws to follow!
