A shooting at Taste of the City lounge in Crown Heights resulted in three deaths and nine injuries, stemming from gang-related conflict. Police identified 12 victims, including three who died: a 19-year-old male at the scene and two men, aged 27 and 35, later at the hospital. Victims ranged from 19 to 61 years old. The police are searching for up to four shooters, having recovered 42 shell casings from the scene. Mayor Adams has mobilized efforts to prevent retaliatory violence following the shooting.
