'The How Many Stops Act' will have police tied up for hours doing paperwork instead of policing the communities they patrol. Mayor Adam has vetoed the bill but still needs five or six members of the city council to change their votes for the bill to be tossed. That's why Mayor Adams has suggested that all City Council members participate in a ride-along so they can see everything an officer faces every day. Borelli told Len and Michael he wouldn't be surprised if he is the only member of the city council to accept the mayor's offer.
